The plot is located in the buffer zone of the Masurian forest, 300 meters from the shore of Lake Drwęckie, which is connected by a waterway to Ostróda and the Elbląg Canal. The plot has access to the shoreline via a beach with a planned pier, beach volleyball courts and a recreational area. The plot also includes a recreational area where a tennis court, playgrounds and barbecue gazebos will be built. Work is already underway on the investment site to connect the plots to the water and power networks. A concept for building one or two houses from the offer - Project Masuria has been prepared for the plot.
